THE EXHIBITION “BONNARD-VUILLARD. A FRIENDSHIP” AT THE AB GALLERY

From April 14 to June 25, 2022, Galerie AB invites you to the exhibition Bonnard-Vuillard. A friendship. The event highlights seventy exceptional drawings bringing together two great artists and lifelong friends: Pierre Bonnard and Edouard Vuillard.

This collection, built by Agnès Aittouarès, founder of Galerie AB, has been enriched over twenty-five years of discoveries and acquisitions from collectors and art dealers. It brings together rare and precious works that bear witness to the artistic intimacy of these two major figures of the 20th century.

The exhibition makes it possible to trace a graphic and intimate correspondence between Bonnard and Vuillard. Through the works on display, the viewer plunges into their daily lives, discovering their family, their loves, their travels and their inspirations. In short, to capture the lives of these artists in all their richness and diversity.
