EXPOSURE NATURE AS SEEN BY ARTISTS IN THE ART DROUOT DISTRICT
The Art Drouot district offers you an exceptional course entitled Nature as seen by artists, in collaboration with the Good Planet Foundation. Each participating gallery presents one or more works on this theme, accompanied by a photograph by Yann Arthus-Bertrand. An opportunity to rediscover nature, forgotten and neglected, which reminds us of the vital importance of our existence on Earth.
This ecological artistic journey carries a strong message and an artistic challenge. The eighteen participating galleries and the Good Planet Foundation join forces to put ecology and living together at the heart of consciousness through awareness-raising, information and action programs.
Each gallery invites you to dive into the artistic universe of nature, where you can admire unique and inspiring works. These artistic creations highlight the beauty, fragility, and importance of nature in our daily lives. Yann Arthus-Bertrand's photographs add a captivating dimension to the exhibition, offering a striking look at the wonders of our planet.
In a spirit of sharing and commitment, a donation box will be installed in each participating gallery, allowing you to contribute to the preservation of nature and to support the actions of the Good Planet Foundation.
In parallel with this exhibition, Yann Arthus-Bertrand is presenting his first retrospective on the Roof of the Grande Arche de la Défense, until December 1, 2019. Fifty years of photographic and cinematographic work are on display to the public, with more than 250 photos on 1200 m². An auction of his works will close this exhibition on November 28, for the benefit of the Good Planet Foundation.
We warmly invite you to join this committed artistic journey and to discover the treasures that the galleries of the Quartier Art Drouot and the Good Planet Foundation have in store for you. Together, let's rediscover nature and commit ourselves to its preservation.
We look forward to welcoming you to the exhibition Nature as Seen by Artists at the Quartier Art Drouot, where you can contemplate art inspired by nature and commit yourself to our common environment.
