This series of photographs is a tribute that Antoine Poupel pays to Sam Szafran, a major painter of the end of the 20th century considered to be one of the greatest French pastellists. The photographs were taken and worked with pastel in Szafran's studio. It features the artist's favorite subjects, such as stairs, philodendons and Lilette.
